βœ… Who passes? Who fails?

This job is for FedEx. A good candidate can usually:

  • πŸ’ͺ Lift heavy weight
  • πŸš— Drive & deliver with decent-weight experience

Those are your 2 questions. Pass or fail on their experience with these.

😌 The chill exception β€” some clients only Some clients are in a rush and just want people who can show up and work. For those clients:
  • You can pass someone even without driving/lifting experience.
  • Look at other things instead β€” like age and β€œcan this person actually work?”
  • They have good trainers who'll teach the rest.

πŸ‘‰ Always check the client's notes first. Relaxed client? Relaxed rules. Normal client? Use the 2 questions.

  • Download each resume β†’ sort as Pass or Fail
  • Go to Mountain Recruiting β†’ pick the company
  • Use Add Bulk β†’ upload by company name + status
πŸ”Ž Clean up the PASSED profiles
  • Check email πŸ“§, phone πŸ“ž, experience
  • Write in their best experience for the job
  • Give the right weighting
  • πŸ“ Check the ad's location β€” if needed, change their profile location to match the ad
⭐ Rate them + set FADV passed only
  • Give a rating based on overall experience
  • Set FADV status = Sent
🚫 Failed people? Leave them alone. Don't edit anything. Don't rate. Don't touch FADV. The only thing you do is upload their resume in Add Bulk. That's it.

  • Do all of Part 1 again for every client. One client at a time.

  • Log in with that client's credentials (in their notes)

  • From date = the date in the client's notes / Excel
  • Search

Look for anyone marked β€œPending for Review.” For each one:

  • Click the name β†’ Status / Action β†’ β€œSend Drug Test”
  • Copy their exact name β†’ paste it into the client's notes / Excel

Do this for everyone marked β€œPending for Review.”

  • Same thing for all clients. Add each name to that client's notes / Excel as a new entry.
