Double-check you're on the right client — everything after this is tied to that one client.

✅ Who passes? Who fails?

This job is for FedEx. A good candidate can usually:

💪 Lift heavy weight
🚗 Drive & deliver with decent-weight experience

Those are your 2 questions. Pass or fail on their experience with these.

😌 The chill exception — some clients only Some clients are in a rush and just want people who can show up and work. For those clients:

You can pass someone even without driving/lifting experience.
Look at other things instead — like age and “can this person actually work?”
They have good trainers who'll teach the rest.

👉 Always check the client's notes first. Relaxed client? Relaxed rules. Normal client? Use the 2 questions.

Go to Mountain Recruiting → pick the company
Use Add Bulk → upload by company name + status

🔎 Clean up the PASSED profiles

Check email 📧, phone 📞, experience
Write in their best experience for the job
Give the right weighting
📍 Check the ad's location — if needed, change their profile location to match the ad

⭐ Rate them + set FADV passed only

Give a rating based on overall experience
Set FADV status = Sent

🚫 Failed people? Leave them alone. Don't edit anything. Don't rate. Don't touch FADV. The only thing you do is upload their resume in Add Bulk. That's it.

Do all of Part 1 again for every client. One client at a time.

🔑 Log in

Pick a client → open First Advantage
Log in with that client's credentials (in their notes)

📅 Find Subject → set dates

Open Find Subject
To date = today
From date = the date in the client's notes / Excel
Search

💊 Send the drug tests

Look for anyone marked “Pending for Review.” For each one:

Click the name → Status / Action → “Send Drug Test”
Copy their exact name → paste it into the client's notes / Excel

Do this for everyone marked “Pending for Review.”

🔁 Now repeat

Same thing for all clients. Add each name to that client's notes / Excel as a new entry.

🎯 This is the important one. Slow down. Send based on the client's timezone. Every detail must match the client. A mistake here is a big deal — so stay focused. You've got this.

CSP ID → usually one option, pick it

City → per client
State → per client
Package → per client (usually the 2nd: Non-CDL driver + physical + drug)
Company ID → usually 300
Facility ID → per client
